GMR Hyd airport holds CPR training

Hyderabad: GMR Hyderabad International Airport (GHIAL) recently conducted Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training for its staff and the airport community in partnership with Apollo Hospitals. This initiative witnessed nearly 450 participants of the entire airport fraternity across airlines, concessionaires, contractors, regulatory authorities getting trained.
Pradeep Panciker, CEO, GHIAL and senior management from the airport teams were also present. The training camp was led by Dr Imran Subhan, Group Head and Emergency Specialist of Apollo Hospitals, along with a team of 20 doctors.
“We reaffirm our commitment to safety and well-being by holding Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training which can indeed save a life. Amid the hustle and bustle at the airport, a life- threatening incident can unfold at the most unexpected time. Individuals equipped with CPR training can assist those in need,” GHIAL said in a statement.
